RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE EVENT CENTER BUFFET. Event Center Buffet Brunch Menu: Honey Glazed Ham - Slow roasted ham delicately basted with a rich honey glaze. Peppercorn Crusted Prime Rib - Slow roasted prime rib seasoned with a fragrant 24 hour herb marinade. Fluffy Scrambled Eggs Pork Sausage Links Crispy Bacon Roasted Breakfast Potatoes - Oven roasted breakfast potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions Buttermilk Pancakes - Light and fluffy pancakes served with a variety of toppings to enjoy sweet, savory, or both. Chef’s Dessert Boards - An assortment of elegant bite sized desserts including cheesecake, cookies, and more. Breakfast Pastry & Dessert Bread Smorgasbord - A beautiful display of freshly baked pastries and sweet breads. Signature Egg Bakes - Classic brunch egg bakes served three ways: Denver, Farmhouse, and Veggie. Grandma’s Classic Potato Salad Italian Pasta Salad Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict - A southern inspired twist on the classic. House made pulled pork served over toasted English muffins with poached eggs and finished with our scratch made BBQ hollandaise. Artisan Charcuterie Boards - A curated selection of premium meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments. Reservations for the Event Center buffet are required and you can make them by clicking the link on this page. The Bar & Grille opens at 9AM with no reservations required and will be featuring our brunch menu, regular menu and April features menu. All three menus are available for dine-in or curbside-to-go.
